    All of our security cameras store footage locally, meaning you don’t need to pay for cloud storage. As long as you have an internet connection, you can store your footage on a hard drive without any ongoing subscription fees. This gives you complete control over your video storage, and you'll be able to access your footage at any time through the app.

  • Do you offer installation services for the security cameras?

    Yes, we offer professional installation services for all of our security cameras, but this is available only if you are within our local service area. Our team will come to your location, set up the cameras, and ensure everything is working properly. We'll also walk you through how to access your footage and set up any necessary configurations. If you are outside of our local area, we provide detailed installation guides to help you set up the system yourself, or you can reach out to our customer support for assistance.

  • I'm not sure how many cameras I need or where to place them. Can you help with that?

    Absolutely! We offer personalized consultations to help you determine the number of cameras you need, the best placement for optimal coverage, and how to stay within your budget. During the consultation, we’ll take into account factors like the size of your property, the areas you want to monitor (such as entrances, driveways, or backyards), your specific security concerns, and your budget. Based on that, we’ll recommend a system that fits both your security needs and your financial considerations, and guide you on the best spots to place your cameras for maximum effectiveness.

  • How can I access footage if I lose my internet connection?

    If you lose internet connection, you won’t be able to access your footage remotely until your internet is restored. However, your cameras will continue recording and saving footage without interruption. Once your connection is back online, you’ll be able to access all your recorded footage again through the app.

  • Do your security cameras record continuously, or do they only activate when there’s motion?

    By default, our security cameras record 24/7, ensuring that footage is captured at all times. However, you also have the option to switch to motion-activated recording, which only records when movement is detected. Motion-activated recording helps conserve storage space and reduces the number of video clips you need to review, giving you more flexibility in how your footage is stored and managed.
